How To Get A Five Star Island In Animal Crossing

Want a beautiful 5 star island? Here are 5 tips to bring your decoration to the max!

1. Plant Flowers

You need plenty of flowers on your island for visitors to like it. Try cross-breeding to get rare, beautiful flowers!

2. Have Trees, But Not Too Many!

Trees are a great way to bump up your island rating, and to give you cool fruits. Plant plenty around your island- maybe you could make an orchard! But be careful- your rating will go down if you have too many.

3. Decorate As Much As You Can!

Add lots of fun decorations to your island! You can also pick a theme for your island and use it to maximise your appeal.

Some Themes Are:

1. Farmcore (Self explanatory)
2. Cottagecore (Lots of natural items)
3. Gothcore ( Dark, scary items- maybe a graveyard?)
4. Urbancore( Lots of items, less natural elements)
5. Japancore (Again, fairly self explanatory)
6. Fairycore(Anything that glows or sparkles. Think of the forest in a Midsummer Nights Dream)
7. Kidcore( Lots of bright, colorful items and toys!)

4. Pick Up Trash

If you have over 15 items dropped on the ground, it will prevent you from ever getting a 5 star island. Pick stuff up and put it in storage! Your storage will expand with your house.

5. Talk To Isabelle

Check in with Isabelle to see how you're doing. She'll tell you how to improve your island and give you your current star rating. She will also present you with silly reviews from some of the game's best-loved characters.

So what do I do when I get a 5 star island?

1 Get some gold roses

Isabelle will give you the recipe for a gold watering can. Use it on two black roses to make a gold rose

2. Complete the Museum

It might be hard, but you can try completing the museum! Get all the critters and fossils in there (take some more opportunities to freak Blathers out) and reward yourself for your hard work with a coffee at the Roost.

3. Keep on Having Fun with Your Residents!
